 What is it with WA and perfect pop?
The latest signing to Redline Records, Gyroscope have the whole thing wired from the very outset.
Sweet, savaged guitars, snappy back beats, honeyed melodies, and the perfect level of sting in the punch.
Save The Last Match is all this and more.
Only November keeps the guitars squelched and the pace up as it throws yearning vox around post-punkesque riffs, and lands smack bang in the heart of popsville.
Infectious as all buggery, it has you screaming for more before she’s even done.
I’ve Been Struck by Lightning…gets a little more manic as the guitars toughen and the dynamics get a tad darker, Not Dead Nor Dying is a straight out single in its own right.Catchy as all hell.
Perfectly scorched and riddled with oodles of passion pop, whilst Distance With You is all out rock with all the trimmings…dynamics, bounce and balls a plenty.
If ya like it sweet and serrated, then swallow this one whole!
